On completion of all three components (pool, classroom, and open water certification) this will lead to a NAUI Scuba Diver Certification.
Cost of the HHUC “Learn to Scuba Dive” Training Course:
- The cost of the course (pool and classroom) is $310 for U of T students, $490 for public.
- Plus the cost of your basic gear: mask, fins, snorkel, and weights for the pool work (we will tell you what we recommend the first night of the course, approx. $150-250),
- and the open water certification weekend (~$400) + Accomodation + Transportation (~$250-350), June 13-14th or Referral – URP

First Class: January 20, 2026
Reading week: (no class Feb. 16-20))
Last Class: March 31, 2026
note: You are expected to attend all classes (including the online sessions). They are mandatory for your certification. (If there is any situation that prevents you from attending any of the sessions, please email the instructors in prior)
